1)      How can I book? 

You can book online from our website or you can contact us to book your transfer. You can use our different contact channels to easily book your transfer: Online support chat, WhatsApp, contact page, e-mail, social media accounts.

 

2)      How can I choose my transfer time? 

For airport to hotel/address transfers, all you need to do is write your arrival time. We will be waiting for you at the terminal exit.

 

For hotel/address to airport transfer, choose your departure time by considering the journey to the airport. Don’t worry, if your pick-up time is incorrect, we contact you to correct this mistake.

 

3)      Are you going to meet us at the airport? 

Yes, we will be waiting for you at the terminal exit. Our airport staff will be waiting with a welcome sign that has our logo.

 

4)      What should I do if my flight delays? 

All you need to do is inform us if you experience any delay. We are monitoring your flight from the airport flight system when your flight takes off. We will be waiting for you at the airport for the updated arrival time on the system.

 

5)      What should I do if I need extra baggage other than my bags? 

You can write the type and size of your extra baggage during booking.

 

6)      Can I get a child seat? 

You can ask for a child seat when you book. If you notify us about your child’s age and weight, we can send an appropriate seat for sizing.
